Life 20

Life 20 - Disoriented?

Difficulty: 6
Interest: 6

You will get a set of coordinates rather easily in this one. Just look at the source and the picture.

The next hint is 'What's that sound?', refering to what you might be hearing in that area.
The title is apparently useless.
Note: This is the first answer in capital letters.

Next Level

*Spoilers*

The given location is in New York. You need to find a radio-station in that area. You might want to take a look at the Tuner.

Where do you get 74º W from?

Also why are you using 40º43' as the latitude?

And I've also been wondering about the AM dial. The tuner is tuned to 53AM. The LED being lit on AM, could be a double meaning for frequency band not time. Is it strange that the AM frequency are all divisible by 10 except for 53?

Check out the URL of the embedded image. Does it have a mate with an obvious variant on the name?

The 53 is not an hint. That is how all AM Tuners are made. 53 is the lower limit, and 170 is the upper one.

If we are supposed to get something from the AM/FM Tuner, it is extremely unclear. The second image does seem to have 63 as the lower limit, but that's probably just the image filter playing with us.

I've gotten to the next riddle and I will tell you this much since you all seem stuck: both the radio tuner and coordinates are important. Coordinates for the location and the frequency for the station in that location...

It is kinda frustrating when you already had the correct answer but you tried it all in lowercase, as seemed to be the rule for every other answer.

Difficulty 6? Come on now, we had you going for over 24 hours on that one.

We gave it only an 'above average' difficulty score because there is nothing inherently hard in this one. You do not need any specific knowledge, you just need to see what's right in front of you.

The two hardest part (for us) were typing it in capital letters, and acknowledging that the tuner might be useful and not just set to the minimum. With very few hints, this one becomes almost trivial.

Also, by now people expect extremely hard stuff. If this was the third riddle it would have a rating of 10. But people who got this far really mean business! :)
